The lobbying services provided by Eric are distinct and separate from the legal services he offers.  While a professional relationship exists between Eric and his clients when he provides lobbying services, that professional relationship neither establishes an attorney-client relationship, nor is subject to the rules and protections governing an attorney-client relationship.
